TRAIN PRIMAL was built by William Brothers. Both Online Coach and Personal Trainer William has worked over 10 Years in the fitness industry. William’s journey started with his time in the Army. There William was attached to a SOF. ( Special Operations Forces) unit where he was introduced to THOR3 ( Tactical Human Optimization, Rapid Rehabilitation and Reconditioning) program. It was the spark that ignited his passion in human performance.
William explains, “ Ever since I was a young boy I was involved in athletics. Growing up playing football, baseball, soccer and then later practicing MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) from high school through my time in the service. It was following my passion with athletics that I started learning about Strength and Conditioning in the Army. I began to be formally educated in the basics of human physiology, anatomy and biochemistry. Creating a bridge to understand why we train the way we do.
It all comes down to implementing the same methodologies when training any athlete, competitor, soldier, or the general population.
Simply put, we train the way we fight and fight the way we train. This mentality eventually pushed me into my own training /coaching career. I wanted to provide a systematic pathway to those looking to train with that same mentality”.
Over the years William has worked with individuals from many walks of life and levels of fitness.

I have worked for years with clients that range from individuals recovering from injuries, looking to loose weight and seek an overall better quality of life to former and current athletes. So, it makes no difference, if you’re beginning your fitness journey, starting back up or fine tuning, I can help!
Working in the fitness field over the past 10 years I’ve seen a few issues arise pertaining primarily to staying consistent, having accessibility to certain equipment and individuals truly finding what works best for them.
With the ability to go virtual the workouts are completely custom to you. I have clients that move around a lot due to work or can’t get in the gym everyday and that’s the beauty of having the virtual option available. No matter what life obligations you have we can adjust.
Most of my experience stems from Sports Performance. I’ve geared a lot of my training methods around athletic performance and have been able to incorporate it into many other facets of my programing for anyone to engage in not just specifically athletes. Athletes come in a very wide range also but personally I’ve worked with the following:

I utilize a well known trusted application to push the programming through. It allows us to stay in real time communication, to add notes, provides videos and is easy to navigate and FREE for you to use!
